We are currently aging and finalizing our cheese menu. Varieties will be available starting spring 2021. In addition to our aged selection we also craft fresh Burrata, Smoked Blues, and a variety of soft Cheeses from Cow, Goat, Sheep, and Water Buffalo milk.
